Cartier Ballon Bleu - how to fix the pin?

I have the 41/42mm Ballon Bleu on rep alligator. I think its a cheap movement, but it works really well. The only issue I have with it is that where the blue sapphire is supposed to go, it looks like the ring that goes around it is off-set and the sapphire itself looks way too dark and without dimension like the gen has.
Suggestions? Sell? Fix?

Saphires on gen can be different. Only thing is that it has to be transparent without "dirty" spots. I've seen gens that were very light blue on some rotonde models and some almost purple on tanks. But regarding ring being off-set it is a big deal and you will not be able to fix that easy. Ask your dealer if he can source spare part for you but better just buy a new watch. Can you post pictures?

My sapphire is also very flat instead of semi round. Is it easy to change the crown if I can get a spare one ?

Crown is seriously missplaced and i think that's because of the "hole" for it aswell or whole mechanism being too deep in the case. Might not be possible to fix at all. v6f model is pretty accurate, but the one on the picture got quite a lot differences.
