You can choose which ever you prefer, just read their reviews and you will see who is best for what. I prefer best prices so I usually go with Sead (Supermirrors) but if you like fast reponding on emails then he isn't the one to go with. It's best you choose few TD's and send them email with what you would like (ask if they accepts paypal) and then you choose the one to go with.
As for the watch, every dealer can get you the same watch as they all comes from the same factories so it's just about which dealer you prefer.

If you like Ballon bleu I would go with this one I gave you link of if 42mm isn't too big for you (it shouldn't be) and you have good and reliable movement in it. The one from your link is 36mm which is pretty small so bear that in mind.
Quartz movement is the one that is powered with battery, it's not automatic. Quartz reps are cheaper but are more reliable as you almost never have any problems with them but when you get your first automatic you won't buy quartz ever again. There is something about them and they are more accurate reps compared to gen watches.
If you are looking in quartz Cartier, these are usually womens models as I don't know if any women would like automatic watch because of winding, power reserve and similar.
And lastly take some time to read around the forum and you will soon know a lot more than you do now. Reading is everything here and soon you won't need to ask questions like these. Just spend some time here.
