Hi.
Have ordered a 341 - and just Got word back from the dealer after refusing first QC pictures that the entire batch have this CP

Should I accept it - is it fixable? My plan is to take it apart anyway and relume etc.
I just Think it is a Big flaw if there aint no fix for it.... The watch is only 178$ and in steel.

Ok guess i am not being picky then ;-).
But as it is a 6497 movt. I suppose it would be easy to change the CP as I am taking it apart anyway. I need the version in steel as this one In order to give it the right patina.
I just wanted to be sure that I Can change the CP .... to me it looks a bit like the hands wont fit on the " right" CP but I really don't know.

It is the hand ring - but the shape looks like a capsule from a beer - seen from the bottom....

wow! That really is B-A-D! Being a 6497, no doubt, it can be replaced, if you can source the hands you want.

I fear that it could be difficult to find hands for it... they must be longer than for any other watch?

Pull the hands. Grab a sharpy and lightly go over it. problem fixed. put hands back on. fixed temporarily

Thanks - I have approved the QC - it is only 178$. If it is an easy fix it is great - if I have to spend a bit $ then it is also ok - and still fun!
