Can take of conversion links help ???

I have a Orchard Road sec@12 with a rubber strap
for some reason I am unable to take off the conversion links from the strap

does anyone know how I can go about that?

I tried unscrewing them but the remain stuck for some reason.

Am i overlooking something ??

Unscrew both sides at the same time, and one side will come off, the bar will slide off and out comes the conversion links.

Is it the same on the band side
I am able to seperate the band from the watch but I am unable to seperate the links for the band

Yes the band has a bar that goes through it which screw together so u have to unscrew both sides at the same time to stop it from just spinning around and actually unscrew.

Then once you think its unscrewed use your screwdriver to push one side until you are able to grab it and pull the bar out.
