Great tip. I was thinking of getting a breitling superocean II black with gold trims on black rubber strap. Probably the gold trims will come off. Any suggestions on any rep of this that the gold colour will not come off?

All gold plating will come off eventually depending on wear and care, I’ve had a gen plating start yo peel (tag heuer bracele) so it’s not unique to reps.
