Bought from Chazingtime, Rolex Datejust but Clasp won't snap

Bought Rolex datejust watch from Chazing time. Watch has bad clasp, won't lock and my watch will keeps falling off with little bit of hand move. Very annoying. They plan to replace it but yet no update. I will keep you posted
