Hey boxer,
this is quite a nice watch, the only thing i would dislike is the color of the Crown Cabochon. A bit too light blueish in my opinion. Also the date font is often a problem with this type of watch, but honestly I can't tell you if this one has the correct font.

I'm a dude, if her wrist is under 7 she will be fine! The large size would be too big IMO, you can find pics of my 7 inch wrist on some threads with the ballon bleu mid-size. I will put a gen Cartier leather strap on the next one I buy.
