Ballon Bleu 28mm Ladies Questions.

My daughter (27) was looking at this one:

and she had a couple of questions. The first was that when it is compared to the gen, as seen here:

the jewel on the end of the crown looks very different. The gen is strongly blue, while the rep, in the pictures, looks almost black'ish grey.

She is also wondering if the gold links are likely to stand to frequent use (think a couple of days per week).

Her final question is if anyone knows of it can be obtained with the pinkish MOP dial, as seen here:

Thanks for the picture. As you can see, she did like it and we have contacted watch station. What is a bit funny is that it (that model) came to our attention due to the bulk e-mails that Puretime sends out; so clearly, those bulk emails do work.

And you are right, the gem is not as vivid of a blue in the retailers photos.
