Sure, there was the Kenpo 187 for around $1000 iirc.

ps. In the context of that article, which has been posted here before, the date is Feb 2005, and two years is a long time in reps.

That article is well outdated...had they done an updated review recently, they would have been blown away by finish/quality/appearance of today's reps.

i'd say avid collectors call em replicas, haters call em fakes. the inbetweeners? they think its gen
