I just cant see why anyone would go for the SH3135 over a gen ETA movement. Yes, the SH3135 winds in the same direction as a gen Rolex but that is really only for your own enjoyment. I mean, are you going to take the rep off your wrist and try to fool someone into thinking it's a gen Rolex? I don't think so. The fact is gen Rolex 3135's are know to have dodgy winding systems and it's a know fact that serious issues can arise if the watch is shaken to hard or dropped, any violent kind of movement can cause damage to the rotor axel, even just jogging with the watch can damage it over time. It's recommended that you fully service a gen 3135 every 5 or 6 years to keep it running right and keeping time. The SH3135 movement is not even serviced when you buy it new, so if you do get one, it would need to be serviced ASAP. Now these issue are known on gen 3135 movements. Imagine how a cheap Chinese replica will act. Read up on 3135 issues.
