Hi,

My father's IWC Portofino with Asian 2892 stops working after 2/3 hours he stopped wearing it. Is there any way to improve the power reserve of the movement or solve this issue?

In case it needs servicing who would you recommend in EU?

Please help me out here.

Thanks

I have same problem.
Handwinding works but automatic winding does not.
I've contacted the seller and got service, but the problem was not resolved. The chinese seller would not accept the problem.
Now I am testing the watch and will provide the seller with the data for replacement of the movement.

Service an Asian ETA is always an issue.
@ Trica : The quality of the components and the absence of spare parts makes the job very diffucult for the watchmaker.
If the watch stops when you stop wearing it, maybe you have to change your barrel mainspring ;)

@laurend : if handwing works but automatic dosen't the problem may be the rotor or the components under the automatic bridge :)
