All is not up to standard. Forget those, especially with in house PAM movement.
I would say the one really good out of box is current Luminor series... Or maybe along your Submersible, the old 024 is very decent piece. Or try the 252GMT.

There's a fairly decent 305 homage around (see Jackson Tse over at RWG1), but no reps yet. Wouldn't be surprised to see one appear before too much longer, though...
Toro Bravo on RG says there will be at least two new releases including a destro model and a new 111 with an updated dial. They'll be priced around $200 each. Stay tuned!
I'm waiting for the new 111 updated dial. From what i've seen, it looks very promising and might be as good as the LH (Little Hero) dial.

Waiting for the new PAM111 also. Haven't heard anything for quite a while now but last word was end of march/ beginning of april, so if we're lucky it shouldn't be long!
On an another forum (RG) someguy said (from reliable source) that "everything is coming out slower than expected. I was told in Dec that it will be in March, now that same source is saying May/June"
puretime put up the PAM309, PAM322, and PAM349. Didn't have time to really look at them. Really interested in the 309 but the gold rim on the dial looks much wider/larger than the gens.

Babola, yeah that was my initial thought but didn't have time to sit there and figure out exactly what was wrong. Hopefully there will be some gems this year!
I'd be all over a truly well made 312... - If any of the vendors is reading (*hint, hint*).
