It’s a nice watch, and it seems that they are going after the original 1993 issue rather than the 25th anniversary SIHH2018 version. This is based on the relatively thinner white gold rings around the subdials and the wider aspect ratio of the datewindow.

I would still love to have a franken beast for the following reasons—
The blue color on the gen dial and tachy for both original issue or reissue seem difficult to replicate.
Unclear if the caseback has been made thicker in order to accommodate movement decorations.
The vintage of this watch allows you to get away with using reclaimed and restored gen parts...

I was about to order a brand new sincere tantalum but this blue baton give me some heart palpitations even with the ronald's case back.
Since it's a rep i can't be picky, every rep have their flaws and if i'm not happy i just have to shut up and go gen... so.... The best move is to keep money for better things and go with the rep and ask a watchsmith to remove the decoplate and shave the case back. Such a dilemma, ST or BB :S night will tell.

Okey.. sounds weird. If thats the case JF should send out new dials to all ppl that bought the Tantalum in the first place. for the lume/glue issue. Hope you get one buddy. I know you realy wants one
