Advise please: Genuine or rep Cartier santos

Need advise on this watch, been too two dealers today in bham, panache in Birmingham town and rudells in harbourne who have said it looks right, the details are right, they have put it side by side and magnified, and looked at the movement, I'm still unsure, so just seeking advise, this is not a sales pitch, the watch it not for sale, it is for my personal knowledge

these are things bothering me about your watch.
-engravings do not look crisp like the gen
- I doubt cartier would use a 7750 movement? trying to find this info now
-sides should be brushed and not polished

I will post a picture of the side, I can't get the back off as it was down for me sorry

the engraving were checked side by side with another watch in the two shops i visited and both of them said they were the same?

also i have found a few bits online says the 7750 movement is used eta cal 7750?
