Advice for a pvd destro

Im looking for a nice pvd destro, so 026 seems to be the obvious choice, I prefer the sausage dial over sandwich and was looking at dsn's and 1 from peter at watchstation, is he still good here?

I checked his thread and theres nothing new there for him in a while now, so just wondering if anybody has any other suggestions/options for a sausage dial 026?

Also, ^ I read the Ti & Pvd QC sticky by D4M ^, would a pam from watchstation/peter be one of those new lower/inferior quality rep types?

Thanks,

The one I've got from DSN has the sandwich dial, but last time I talked to him I understood that he had a new dial for the 026, so maybe this new version is sausage.

DSNs upgraded 26 is still the K series version not the A or B. If you go with the Bs that are about they are very inaccurate moreso than DSNs which aint great.

But DSNs is the best non self built version I have seen out there

I believe that DSN still offers a sausage dial (so, A or B series) rep.

Like with most of DSN's reps, they aren't perfect, but if you can find a better sausage dial 026 rep, buy it. ;)

Thanks for the replies guys....

I've seriously contemplated the B series from dsn, but last time I emailed him a few months back he only had K series sw dials and I still get an upsidedown cg which kinda puts me off a bit ;-(

On the other hand I see some cheaper B series 026 on watchstation which is likely a cheaper case and only painted or plated pvd job with a crappy dial but they take cc or pp and cg is right side up, so just trying to decide which way to go.

Also interested in a used dsn 026, so please let me know if someone is considering letting one go too, thanks.

Im giving this a bump to see if I get anymore comments before I pull the trigger on one of these 026's.

I'm currently waiting for dsn's reply to see if he has any sausage dial 026 in stock, I also checked the fb forums for PT and Watchstation and theres really nothing too recent there so currently not really feeling them too much, besides its true that you get what you pay for so going with dsn since his are the best out there and his pvd is way better too, I just hope I can make a good B series out of his current parts stock.
