I just want to thank Lucy for her high level of courtesy and incredible service. I have placed an order recently, but after the announcements of a few new models in which I am interested I kindly asked her if it was possible to refund me in the meanwhile. She processed the refund very quickly and even decided to afford part of the fees. I cannot ask for more. She is very honest, trustworthy and transparent. While I am waiting to have more business with her, I can only thank her and recommend her to everybody who is looking for a TD.
