3KF 5711 blue with buff dial - dark border around dial?

I recently got a 3kf modded with buff dials (and dw, hands). However, in person the dial seems to have an unusally dark border / fade relative to pictures and videos of gen watches I've seen where the color is more evenly distributed throughout the watch.

Did buff change their blue dials recently? How inaccurate is this vs gen, or is it just lightening/angle? Curious what people think.

I searched around and it looks like other recent buff dials purchases have the same "dark border" quality, though to varying degrees and depending on the lighting.

It’s a bit more blue in person, but I think it’s missing the green tint. Here’s a picture from my TD

In my opinion this one isn’t a Buff last batch, do you have a picture of the back? And yes.. they have a darker border.
