Just noticed the second hand is not really smooth, is this normal for this movement? Looks really bad imo

Could it be that the second hand is loose since it’s only doing it when it’s going down?

On left small plate.

Looks like a cheap or contaminated rhodium plating. Rhodium prices exploded so it’s also possible that it’s not rhodium at all. Bad QC from the factory.
