2892 stopping when seconds reaches minutes

So, got the Portofino from M2M and it started stopping when seconds hand is coming over the minutes hand.

Have noticed the tendency that it happens when minutes hands are somewhere between 25 and 35 marks.

At first glance hands are not bent but i assume it's possible.

Just wanted to check if You have any idea of what could be so that i can state something to my local watchsmith as most of them are afraid of aisian movements because of no replacement parts available for those movements.

90% probablility that the second hand is hitting the minute hand. You really need to de-case the movement and take a closer look. If so, it's an easy fix with a little tweaking on the minute or second hand.
