Welcome and Relax... most of the questions your asking are answered if you do a little bit of research.

These will go likely unansewered as they are comparable to walking into a swimming club and asking if there is water in the pool when we swim, is the water wet, do people wear boots when swimming, etc...

Read a bit, click on a link or two and you will soon see how most of these questions will be answered. You must do most of the initial homework... the forum has a lot of info easily accesible via the "search" button on the top.

Go to his forum on the main page (Replica Watch Forum Index, click on Eddie under watch dealers). On his forum (where he lists his products) look on the top where it says Moderator:edielee11 and click on his name. That will take you to his profile. It appears to me that there is no way to adjust this movement toward the minus (-) side as the screw in the swan neck is too short. Adjustment without using the screw would appear to be countered by the swan neck itself. Is this correct?

I think you're right. The screw and spring is the right length for the broad pointer.
