Remove the bezel, lean it against a block of some sort to ensure it's straight, start sanding in one direction for 10 times or so. 240 grid is what the Official AP sanding grid.

Thanks for the compliment guys! The 15400 is a scratch magnet, I managed to got it scratch at 2' O clock near the bezel screw, time for a teardown and sand it with 240grit!

Yea I removed the bracelet and soaked, after one day I cleaned it, and wipe it with some Cape Cod ( especially around the area between links) and soaked it again one day and clean. Voila, silky it is.

Before I gave it a WD40 treatment it's a little bit not smooth in movement between links (not sure if it's only my rep). After the treatment, it's very silky to touch! Overall, a quality bracelet it is!

I own a BP patek naut blue dial, it looks fantastic! Definitely a go. I switch the SS bracelet out with leather straps, looks fantastic too!

I managed to find a way to permanently remove the plating reaction brush it with mild soap, warm water . Then clean it and brush it again with toothpaste!
