It's official, Christmas is coming and that means a time for food, celebration and all around making merry. Being this is a world-wide forum I thought it might be fun to see traditional Christmas food from around the globe. Do any of you have a special food or something you make only during this time of year, feel free to post away, would love to see, especially anything from Europe :adoration:

I will start with Mrs. Cybee's Spiced Chocolate Cake which she only bakes during Christmas. It's filled with dates, walnuts and chocolate with various spices, add a dollop of whipped cream and put that scale away until next year.

From our house to yours, have a great holiday season everyone.

Cybee, that's one fine looking cake your wife made, spiced chocolate cake.

I was heading for bed, now I gotta raid the fridge.............;)

Phil, I could cut you a slice and send it across the pond, though not sure what shipping would be.

That bread roll looks like a pair of butt cheeks, or is it just me? =
Nope not just you. I was actually wondering what the yellow stuff was, eggs maybe....

Reminded me of Vegas Vacation with Clark and Eddie at the buffet. "I'll have some of the, some of the yellow"
