Hey so my TD gave me the tracking number Thursday Jan 23, do you think it will get stuck with CNY going on? Of should I receive it this week to NY??

Stuck ! Oh my that's terrible. That's gonna be a bummer. Contact the China Postal Service and demand an explanation. You will know they are on to it when they politely hang-up on you. They must have been ashamed of what's going on. .1-800-CNY-CALL or 1-888-CPS-LATE

Nope - reg China Airmail. It normally takes about 2-3 weeks to the UK and then another week from UK to DK for triangular shipping. Pretty normal, so nothing to worry about, really - you just need a bit of patience....

Just got word that that the boat races between EMS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL in China [CNY final championships] are about to begin. All EMS personell have threatened to go on strike if they don't win. I hope they do. They are my favorite carrier. Go EMS....Go!

Placed an order on thursday and my TD asked me to change carrier from DHL to EMS because of CNY . Mine is now in UK and released by customs. So if shipped by EMS it should be no problem
