Wasn't ASPF the one with the Perpetual Calendar that feel apart for some members? Like loose hands and such. Also the new open worked skeleton 15407 is nothing compared to JF's quality.
Has anyone tried RSF yet? Don't see any reputable makers like ZF producing offshore models yet.

Personally, I do not think they are closing.. more like slowing down production/shipment to dealers.
But with this hobby, its always filled with changes and rumors and uncertainties. I am not doubting what the OP said about JF, but I am saying that any situation which JF is in currently, will likely not be a permanent one.

JF is closed for good and not coming back. The issues are that the parts factories they used are mostly gone. Another player will enter the game, but not sure when and what quality. Arf was a maker that JF made everything for and they are gone as well.

As for ZF, I will only say that ZF quality is not the same post raid…
