Interesting, hard to tell if they compare well with the gen hands or if they'll fit a Miyota 9015 movement. Perhaps a Trusted dealer like AMF (Alpha Modding) knows where to source them. ZF needs to adopt these hands if they prove to be satisfactory.

But the sample pic didn't show a 15202 with these hands installed. Wonder if their dimensions could fit onto the 15202 though

Gen hands can fit the miyota movement with some modding done.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how is it exactly recommended to change the date on they ZF 15202? Do we go at 11 , cross the 12 mark to 1, then go back to 11 and repeat? Or it recommended to do the same from 9 all the way till 1 then back to 9 again and repeat ?

Want to know the fun thing? They removed the quick set function from the miyota 9105 movement to make it more accurate like the gen... It hurts my brain every-time. Why would you make it worse?

well in their defense they are trying to make it closer to the gen as possible! But now that the 16202 is out they just need to copy the decorated movement and boom. How long do you recon ZF will come out with a 16202 ?

It's going to have pizza hands - it's the ZF way

The JF 15202 can easily be sold as a 16202 since they never modified the date change mechanism on their Miyota 9015. They can make the case thinner and maybe match the movement engravings to the new 16202's movement to make it a hit.

Just an idea.

Same case size, new dial colors, new mechanism with a quick set date and a new rotor .

On a rep they will probably be using a miyota without removing the quick set date function with new decore plates. Same case, same bracelet, and probably same hands(pls no).
New things will be the rotor and the dial.

Suppliers of gen like hands definitely exist in China. It is up to ZF to go the extra mile… but I don’t think they are bothered

No news yet, I think the release date of the new rep 16202 is not far off. The factories only needs to work on the movement engravings.
