We will provide you will a written estimate showing all prices, diccounts, and the address you provided. Please check this estimate over carefully and if there are any errors please tell us.
If you have not ordered from us before, please provide your RWI member name, or link to your member name on RWI.
Please tell us now you want to pay. Paypal, Western Union, Bank to Bank, Bitcoin.
We will provide you payment details
You make payment, we will confirm payment receipt your order is in process
Watchfinder will order your itmes from the factories. The will arrive at different times. Usually 1-2 days, but it can take longer.
Once the item arrives, we will inpsect it, and if no obvious defect, put in line for full QC inspection.
If your item passes QC we will make photos, and for watches, make video also. We will send those to you for your approval
If we find a defect, if the defect is bad, we will arrange for replacement with the supplier. If the defect is small, we might make the QC anyway and ask if you will accept. We will ask you to decide to accept, or wait for a replacement, which could take many days.
Once you approve all your items to make a shipment, we will pack your order and ship off to our logistical center. This can take 1-2 days. Once shipped, we will be provided the tracking information which we will enter into the package tracking system and your will recieve and email with the tracking information. The tracking system does not send out notifications until the package has been scanned, so please be patient.
Wait for your package to arrive
Once you get your package, please inspect the items and notify us of any issues.
Please do not wear the item, remove straps, wash or make any changes to the item until you have confired the item is working correctly.
