Customer satisfaction is important to us. In order to deliver the right level of service and expectation; it would help if you could familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.

General Purchasing Conditions

  1. Prices quoted are in US Dollars unless explicitly shown in another currency.
  2. Shipping is charged additionally unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. On receipt of payment we will provide quality control photographs (please see below for more details) for your inspection
  4. Orders are shipped upon your confirmation that the quality control pictures are correct. You have 24 hours to review quality control images. Orders are shipped after 24 hours if we have not heard from you regarding the quality control images.
  5. If applicable, we will issue a tracking number for your parcel on shipping.

Payment Terms

We do not accept PayPal, cheques or credit cards. We accept Western Union or Bank Transfer only.
Quality Control

All watches, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are brand new. We will send quality control images when they are ready for despatch. You have 24 hours to review these images and raise any concerns prior to shipping. If you do not come back to us in that 24 hour period; it is assumed that the photos pass your quality control process and we will ship the order.
Shipping

Standard delivery may take between 4 and 20 days. This depends on the country we ship to, the local customs processes and the domestic handler for delivery.
Options for shipping include:
  • Registered Air Mail
  • Electronic Mail Services
  • Courier (Fedex, DHL, etc.)
  • For European destinations ONLY where customs may be problematic – we may be able to arrange transhipment from the UK.

We are happy to provide quotations for delivery of products using your preferred delivery method. Delivery is not included in the sale price of the piece unless explicitly stated.
Receipt of Goods

If the goods you receive differ from the quality control photographs or are otherwise unfit for purpose, you must notify us within 48 hours. We accept no responsibility for issues identified after this 48 hour window has expired.
Refund, Return and Replacement

In the case of damaged goods, repair or replacement (provided you notify us within 48 hours) will be done at our expense. You must bear, in this instance, the cost of shipping the goods back to us and we will pay for posting them back to you.
If your goods are seized by customs please notify us by e-mail. We will try to resolve the problem as speedily as possible.
We do not offer refunds, returns or replacements for goods which are fit-for-purpose on receipt.
