Nikz19 is definitely correct. It's been done. Not totally perfectly, but done nonetheless. See the link below. This (and yodog 's sik skillz) was what got me started toward the 16710 Coke with the Vietnam case on the first page of this thread.

As proof, here it is. BP 16710, gen crystal and hands, VR3186.
I currently see a 16570 black dial and hands for 500CHF and a bezel for 300CHF online. I think those prices are pretty standard.

That’s sweet, I’ve got a Noob Explorer II case on a 16710 that you built for another user that I purchased on BST. I’m debating on purchasing a viet case or keeping the Explorer II case and send for lug and crown guard reshaping. What do you recommend for a more gen spec look? Thank you!

Swiss Only dial?
The handset, if luminova will work for the 16710.
I think the dial would still fit on a 3185/6 movement...

Yes, Swiss only. It has the same dial feet position, so would fit. Only the 3175 has the quickset date, where the 3185/6 has the jumping hour
