Your views on this "gen" 9401

Hi guys,

Just came across this 9401 for sale on a french website, sold obviously as gen. I have several doubts on its authenticity, would be interested to have the view from the expert around here.

Few thinks look odd, notably the hands and rotor.

Low resolution pics are terrible, but it looks all genuine to me. Not sure if the dial has extensive water damage or if it's been very badly relulmed- would need much better pics.

terrible photos and funky dial for sure.

the rotor's finish is not even the same as the rest of the movement either, or it could be the lighting.
