Pad printing can also be done directly to a datewheel. Best to have some alignment guides.

Yes guy my idea for the dw and dial is make it for eta and for 1570 also same thing about the case set and dial ...but I didn’t recive the case yet...there is a lot of delay for the shipping...my final idea is to build a kit for4 digits watch ! If anyone what to help me I’m serching for 1680 case Vietnam pm me so I can explain! So we can speed up the production!

Hi have already buy a case set but siding recive it yet...is stopped by DHL from the 18 April...

Yes but that case it totally of mate...I have already bought a case but didn’t recive it yet...so don’t want to buy another but if some member have it and can help me by send some measurements...so I can start the machining

Yea. I’m slowly working on the 168000 datewheels with the open 6 and 9s with rounded 3s. I just need to get the correct dimensions and I’ll probably test them as an overlay first on a JF or another crappy 3136 clone. What sucks is that rep dials sometimes have date windows that are slightly off. JFs 16610 dials are perfect for 3135 gen date wheels but the gen date wheel doesn’t line up centered with a richview dial so I had to use a ARF datewheel bc that sat to the right of the 16610 dial so now it’s centered.

I think the circumstances of both datewheels are slightly different.

Can someone who has a 16800 datewheel take some measurements for me?

Outer diameter.
Inner diameter.
Width of the space for the date. ( I think it’s around 3mm).

This would help quite a bit if someone has one. :)
