Hey There !

I was wondering, wich case is the most thiniest from the SUB/GMT vintage categories ? Im comparing 6536 / 6536-1 / 6538 / 5508 / 6542 even the TOG 6202 but im not a total expert, maybe some other reference got this more thin profile, closer to a datejust than a sea dweller ;)

They are pretty much all equally thinie. A GMT is slightly thinier than a SUB. Otherwise look at Tudors they all have a mostly flat baseback

The thinniest of the thinniest is the 1675 GMT, if you're measuring total height. If you're measuring just case height then the thinniest is the 6536.

As tripdog said above, the 1675 GMT is indeed the thinnest but depends what case you're going to use.

To have gen dimensions you would have to go the Vietnam way, but this comes with a few complications, in terms of movements you can use.

The other way is to go full replica, but expect a bit more thickness; this can be partially remedied by having the case re-worked.
