Many people are now aware of the great value 1675 cases that milk051506 has on offer, and it looks like there's a few builds on the go using them.
They do need a little work on the crown guards, but the cases were made this way so you have the option of PCG or standard CGs.
Aside from the crown guards, the cases don't really need any work, but the bezel assembly does need some adjustment. The difference in size between the insert and the bezel ring groove was 0.9mm when it should be 0.2 - 0.3mm for a good pressure fit. I machined 0.6mm from the insert recess in the bezel ring, and also machined it a little deeper by 0.2mm. The bezel ring was tight to turn so I took about 0.2 off the top of the crystal retaining ring, it's still a little tight but it turns OK now.
This is a good example of what can be done with one of these cases. On this build parts came to around $900 including a genuine Rolex crown, a Yuki Oyster bracelet and a Hangzhou GMT movement. A good option that gives you something between a Cartel/BP based build and a Vietnam case based build.
