Just a little update. I polished the latest bezel just for see if the diameter is correct and fit a saphire glass(stock with the case).

I will do a bezel less tall for the acrylit today and i will check it on this week end .

The one for the saphire looks nice and i think that after add a jubilee the size of the holes give no problem .

Bezel looks nice but it seems the qapphire gasket shows up above it

You right it seems that need a gasket more slim . But i used the stock glass and stock gasket.
I used the size that give me compared with an original bezel.

I don't know if this bezel is good or not but it fit the case .
I will post the one more slim for the acrylic soon ..

Finished the one for the acrylic crystal .
need to be polished and fitted .

This week end i will try it on a new crystal .

I will make it more domed then it is perfect 1:1 like the original.

To be honest I can't tell anymore from the pictures. It looks good from here, and I'm pretty sure if it fits and seals then it will be great for your acrylic project.
A smooth bezel is a smooth bezel. These are not highly domed or anything I'd say it's good enough.

On to the next challenge: engine turned

Arrived a 135 crystal and a t22 domed.
Does the 1. 3mm holes looks more like for the 1016?
1.1 is for the 16000 case
2 mm for vintage sub
1.3 mm for old explorer?

Does the smooth bezel is different for the 1016 case or it is the same?

I have no idea about the 1016, I've never seen one in person.
Judging by this listing it's definitely larger lug holes than my datejusts:

Yes and the bezel looks like a normal smooth bezel.
Is this right?

Looks the same as my other smooth bezels. As I said I don't see much difference in the smooth bezels.

riderocket finlaly finished the bezel that accept t22 crystal.

This is how it looks for a 1016 build .
I know i started for a 16000 case but now it look more like a 1016 case .

I will produce a little stock of 1016 bezel for t22 crystal.

Now i'm looking for a 1016 dial for finish this starting prokect .

That's a good job on the reshaping and the bezel looks great IMO.
Try some Raffles or Yuki explorer dials and let us see the result.

I'm looking for a dial in m2m section .possibly in EU .

I no like to wait one month for the shipping from yuji or raffles .
I hope to find one as soon as possible

In my experience it takes longer to find the right one M2M than the Raffles/Yuki delivery.
