PSA - Fuchsia Fat Font Serif 1675 Inserts Found!!

PSA to all the other 1675 addicts out there, I’ve been obsessed with the Fat Font Fuchsia 1675 insert for years now and just yesterday found a guy in Florida who has made a handful of his own that look astounding.

His Instagram handle is @customwatch (to get ahold of him), and though the inserts I ordered haven't arrived yet, their quality looks amazing.

I’ll update here with pics once they appear in the mail - but I'm beyond ecstatic. He should still have a few more available

Your impression at first glance yodog as you seem?

All the 2's are pretty off in shape, kinda wonky.

However, the color and aging is amazing. We'll see.

They are all going to other people. these are easily accessible, they cost $280 shipped each and if you have IG you can order direct for swap. I'll include black fat font on yours as discussed

With how much I've been fiending for a Fat Font, Serif, Tiel/Fuchsia 1675 insert - it's a price I happily paid to scratch the itch. You know how this hobby goes...

Fuschia inserts have been particularly hard to find. Tiger Concepts used to make them a while ago, but have long since dried up. Fading red/blue's by hand can yield a similar result, but never seems to quite nail the specific fuschia shade.

Yeah but its a base that he made from scratch. the painting is crisp, but the numbers are not 1 to 1. He said it took him 1 year to make the layout, get it fabricated, and each one is faded differently. this isnt a bleach job - the fading is painted on it seems like, not worn away.

quite expensive but IMO a game changer

Also most importantly - the faded ones still retain gloss. When you bleach an insert, it becomes dull and matte which looks very unnatural.

One of mine arrived too! Here are a few pics of it by my hand-faded Fuschia insert by Tripdog, and then one of it on the 1675... all I can say is wow.

Fit like a charm. Pinch me I'm dreaming :drool:
