I don't want to go wrong but the dial looks fake, because it has the misaligned rolex lettering and the crown is a mix between mark 1 long E and mark 3 lemrich

No offense taken. Here is a better picture.

I have a detailed post on Rolex Forums on this watch when I found it. I requested a thorough vetting and my watch maker cleaned it up and replaced the crown. I also recently spoke to a watch maker in France. Here is our conversion and his thoughts.

Admittedly, I do not know enough about the variations of Rolex dials to refute your claim. But, I know this watch has been in the hands of at least two Rolex certified watch makers and both have verified its authenticity.

Cheers!

Edit: I have same user name on Rolex Forums

mine is not an accusation or a lack of respect, but simply my way of seeing:
the dial is a Long E,
if you look well in the word rolex in hours in the gen the E and the X must be more detached in your dial they are too attached there is little space, the same thing for the E and the R at the bottom six o'clock, in yours they are too attached and they have different characters, for me your dial is very well reprinted, but I repeat it is my way of seeing, then I leave the word to the experts

for me your dial has an original back but in my opinion it has been reprinted.
however I understand your good faith, because it is really difficult to recognize it, we are in a group of replies, my intervention is only because you wrote Gen.

The dial is genuine Rolex.

for me it is an original long E dial, but it has been retouched, because the letters I have specified are not correct and are different in character compared to the other Long E, for the rest it is all the same, for me the part has been redone which I specified

In order for it to be redone, they would have to remove all the print, all the paint and all the tritium lume and start again on bare metal - it's impossible to remove one or 2 letters and reprint them.

It's obvious from the paint on the dial surface that it's the original paint, the tritium is original and the lettering too.

Rolex made many variations of dials, some were produced in large numbers, some in very small numbers.
