For those waiting on QC pics from Li I just got this email from Li:

“Normally it will take 7-10 before you receive the QC pics for ordering this watch.
As it is not massive produced by major factories like other models.”


Just an FYI to just be patient..

Additional FYI for patience for those of us waiting on our Li shipments... I received this info from Lana at JT Service:

”Sorry, I have a very bad news to tell.

There was a bad thing happened 2 days ago, our stock all disappeared in our warehouse when our runner was going there to pick up watches for daily shipping. The lock on the door was broken, they must be stolen by some one. We are still investigating on it at the moment but not quite sure if we can get them back.

I am afraid we have to arrange you another piece and do the QC again, please allow us a bit more time, and we will try our best to fulfill your order as soon as we can.

Thank you very much for your supporting and understanding.”


I hope their team and business are ok and they recoup anything from the culprit. Wishing them well in this situation. More patience on our parts I guess. Cheers all

how did you remove/install the crystal? mine stuck on pretty good. do you have to pull up the retention ring?

On the Jtime version I guess the 2836-2 movement doesnt have real GMT functionality? Would it work to swap in a ETA 2893-2 to have a working GMT?

Is the rivet bracelet from TS miles better than the bracelet on the Jtime? Are they available separately?

It does have full GMT functionality. The gmt hand is independently adjustable.

I haven’t tried the rivet but the Li bracelet is okay after some cleaning and oiling.

On her way back from oascom with a new crystal. According to P, the Clark xtal is thicker, so he had to glue mine on. It’s fine for me. Highly recommend this dude. Turn around was less than 3 days.

It would be nice to have some definitive specs and info on the bezel construction, insert, dial size, etc.

Member kilowattore’s TS 6542 was fitted with a Vietnam bracelet and endlinks and the fit seems to be miles better.. pics are Kilo’s

Maybe it’s me imagining things but those end kinks seem to be longer and better to accommodate the longer lugs of the TS6542.
