Alternative source for a SMP 300 Vintage case set ?

For my next project, i need a seamaster 300 case set, I already have hands, dial, movement ETA 2846.

Unfortunately, the silix case is not available.

Someone have any idea for another source or similar case like a homage watch to use for my build ?

I need to complete my build, nobody have an idea to get a case set except on usually source like Silix, Cousins Uk (gen case) ?

For sure it's a very good deal for the entire watch, but i prefer to get only the case set for the fun to build the watch myself.
