Rolex 1675 cases are 4.7 mm thick ( just the case, does not include case back, bezel etc) On a lathe you can slim the Cartel/BP case from 5.5 mm to 4.9 mm without it affecting anything, more than that and there's problems with case back fit, amongst other things.
