ETA 2784 hacking question?

Hello,

I just found an ETA 2784 which hacking function does not work, is it possible that it is due to dirt or is there another possible explanation?

Hacking lever probably needs to be re-positioned - you'll have to dismantle the keyless works to get at it.

Yep, and if its the actual lever like tripdog mentioned, you will have to pull the entire bridge off to access it

Thanks for your reply, I will bring it to my watchmaker, I don't feel confident enough to touch the movement.
