Only now get to spare some time to share a few updates about my 6200 build.

[mention]hungaryrolex [/mention] did a nice job again!

Refreshed the bevels on the case, swapped the plexi, hands, dial and insert.

I decided to not age anything and I like this look a lot! Wanted to go for a similar look like this

And got this, the 14060 is a gen

Has anyone had any experience with the Raffles big crowns and replacement tubes, Athaya has been out of them for a while and the prices are comparable from Raffles?

I don't have any experience with Raffles big crowns, but I noticed that Athaya now has big crowns back in stock.

There's a significant difference in the shape of both the crown and tube. Athaya is very close to gen while raffles is an instant tell.

Cheers mate, Athaya are charging $35 for shipping at the moment due to Air Mail not operating apparently. All I wanted to order was a crown, tube and pearl dot so that would mean $35 for shipping on something that should cost $5 to ship. Looks like I’ll have to stomach the shipping costs.

Guys apologies for the noob question but of all the 6538/6s I've seen some have deep rehauts and some don't. Are my eyes playing tricks or is a certain rehaut depth gen spec?

This was the first rep I ever bought, and I believe I paid way too much. I intended for it to be a bit of a project, though.

Had a rivet on order and slapped it on. Needs a new insert and the case should be reshaped, but here it is as it sits.
