Bart any reason you're using photoshop in particular? Wouldn't a vector version of this print better?

P.S. I use photoshop and illustrator professionally. If you guys want me to contribute, happy to. :)

Photoshop is easiest for me, I'm not a graphic designer. Tried wih illustrator, but can't achieved to draw what I want, and the printed result was not sharp enough. But I know it's because of me and my lack of knowledge...

Erm there's no difference. At 300DPI, there will be literally no/near zero pixelation. I prefer photoshop to illustrator as well.

I am totally ignorant on the subject. I create my template until it looks good printed. I imagine there better way to do it, I don't know how to. But it works !
many members ask for informations about resolutions, size, tools I use. Sorry I can't explain ;)
