Hi !
I'm starting a new build project.
Two vintage explorers 6610 and 5500.
After few hours of Photoshop draw, here is the 5500 dial paper test print result.
I think it's my better work.

My only suggestion is to make the 3-6-9 numbers more crisp. At this point it wouldn't matter if ya lumed over it. Excellent stuff!!!

I don't draw the 6610 for the moment. It's gonna be a black gilt dial.

The edges of the 6 and 9 of your dial looks just like your dial model but your dial model has lume on it that has puffed up overtime so the edges aren't crisp. Somewhat wavy and not uniform.

Here is a cleaner dial to possibly work off of.. 1016 and not 5500 but you get my point..
