Vacheron Constantin overseas QC- minor or major flaws?

Could I ask experienced members if the following are minor flaws, or major flaws in these QC pictures of a $348 Vacheron Constantin overseas watch from a trusted dealer:
1)The bracelet/clasp (where it joins up) lines up bad,
2) the "4,5,6 and 12" marker are not aligned,
3)There also seems to be corrosion or rust on the weight near and around its edge.
They have reviewed it and say they don’t see any issues with it.

I know the mods at RWI are OK with asking this kind of question (rather than the can you spot the QC issues). If you guys say its OK I guess I'll live with it and GL it. I realise its a rep and enlarged lots.
