I also love the rg. however, I wanted something solid so I got the ss. if it will be good, i may order the rg as well.
My TD said it is hard to get it. she is still looking.

I agree, this is the main tell. However I want to see it in real life to see if it is noticeable or not.

Is this same watch as the one in this post? It is a little more expensive than the KZF and I am not sure why. None of them seem to be listed as 7mm except this one.

No, the thicker one (8.8mm) is is with date complication. I prefer the 7mm one, the ultimate classic style. However be aware that the cross is not perfect (on all of the vc reps)

So is the one you got not listed on Puretime? I'm just trying to figure out what factory and model to tell the TD to source.
