Any VC Overseas 47040 with non-9015 movements available on the market?

I bought and sold a 9015 based JJ factory 47040 for its rotor was really noisy and the date-flip function is different from the gen.
I think swapping the 9015 with 2824 or 2892 would make it more gen like. Is anything like this available on the market?

No, the 2824 is too thick. 2892 might have fit but the factories didn't use it so it doesn't exist. You won't be able to switch the movements because the hands, stem height etc make it non-interchangeable.

The rotor can be silenced and nobody is going to watch the date change at midnight other than you. It's a fantastic watch, I'm considering getting one myself.
