The rep simply lack a lot of the details of the original caseback. I would say this is one of the thing has to be done to push the almost perfect rep to the next level.

I think he is saying the engravings could be deeper. My friend, this model is discontinued, was only around for a couple of years, if you are worried that someone might call you out because the engravings aren't deep enough when the likelihood of you running into someone who has even heard of Vacheron Constantin let alone aware of this model is slim to none, then perhaps the rep game is not for you.
