How to send your watch to me for service

I strongly prefer USPS Priority Mail or 1st class mail. The nearest Fedex is 40 miles away from me and they absolutely REFUSE to deliver when I am home. UPS is acceptable if you just can't ship with the USPS but I'm not fond of them either due to service issues in the recent past. My postman is great and really looks out for me and I'm very comfortable with the local postal service. They all know me by name.

Please send your watch in a BOX, not an envelope. Too many watches mailed in envelopes end up damaged in the mail. I will not mail watches in envelopes to save postage, the dollar or so you save simply isn't worth the added risk.

Place a note with your name, address, board user name and the problem with the watch in the package. This makes it much easier for me to keep track of the jobs and the communication.

    Thanks, Unreformed66

how do I contact you? do you have a physical location, if so , where?
