Hello friends,

on ranfft´s internet site I found the sizes of second and hour hand for the Unitas 6300. For a watch project with the Unitas 6300 I need the size of the second hand but it seems impossible to get any info about.

For explanation: The Unitas 6300 is a Unitas 6897/6498 with additional bridge for central second instead of small second. Hour hand and second hand have hole size 1,50 x 0,50 mm, but second hand ???

I hope anyone can help me.

As nobody was able to help me with my problem I solved it meanwhile by self-try. As information for everybody the Unitas 6300 / 6300N is compatible with hands which are used for instance with ETA 2824 movements.

Hand hole diameter are: 1.50 x 0.90 x 0.25 mm

I 'm thinking to use a 6300N or 6310 in a 42mm radiomir with custom dial.
The movement seems to have 34mm diameter and the dial of rep 1940 claims to be 34.5mm.

Does anyone has any experience about unitas 6300?
I make that thought for two reasons, first i like to have fewer vph than 21600
second i think that a gen swiss unitas will "work" with some kind of better quality.
