Hello Everyone !
Let me introduce myself Quick.
I am a New member to this forum from Sweden, 27 y/o.
So lets make a long story short.
My friend owed me approx 300 usd, and he had a brand new what he claims "Noob Factory V7" that I could get as payment.
I accepted that instead of the Money, can someone here please help me identify this Watch ?

Thanks in advance

Could be wrong but isn't the V7 316L steel not 904L?

Implying this could be a V8 actually?

It looks pretty close to a Noob V7 2836, but that bezel insert and dial look odd. The dial coronet is off, and the bezel insert engravings are way to close to the edge, as if it was misaligned during engraving. Pearl is too small.

ST9 clasp code says it's a Noob V7. I'll go on a limb and say it's a factory flawed Noob V7

Alright man.
i think some of the “issues” might be my bad work of photographing as well.
But you think it’s a noob V7 ETA 2836?

did I do an ok deal taking the watch instead of 300$?
it was brand new when I got it yesterday :)

Looks good to me, except for the engravings on that bezel insert.

Nice SEL/bracelet, good lugs. Dial, hands, datewheel and cyclops alignment look good.

Get yourself a Spongebob bezel insert and give that watch a wipe down with some microfibre and call it a day.

A Noob V7 with the right bracelet (which this seems to have) is a good score.

* Edit: Actually the dial has the long 'ft = 300m' spacing which is more of a V6s fitment, and parts of the dial look decidedly secondhand, but that could just be poor lighting and your sh**ty photography : )

Either way, not a bad Sub for $300 considering what is right with it. A good bracelet/SEL can be very hard to get - and you have it.

Dial/chapter ring possibly misaligned from the rehaut engraving. Does the rehaut crown engraved at 12 line up with the 12 o'clock marker?

Aside from that, I think the marks on the indices are just dodgy reflections?

Hi :)
Yes its the reflection that makes the marks.

From what I can see, the dial is clocked about half a second to the left in relation to the rehaut engravings. Can actually see this in the date window too. This is fixable. Rehaut engravings also seem a little shallow, but again, could just be the sh**ty photography :D
