Hi I've had a Tudor black bay for around 1 year from Ryan at intime it's been a great reliable watch however I recently wound the watch and the crown/ stem has snapped so I can no longer change the date/time how can this be repaired? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

Cant you just slide out the broken piece and insert a new one... where to get those parts is the real question. I'm not sure if you could use a gen or rep rolex stem and possibly reuse the crown as the crown/stem may be just a press fit onto each other or any 2824 stem. There are many videos on how to remove the stem which usually involves depressing or sliding a small piece to release the stem.

Take it to your local decent watchmaker, he most likely will have such part in the box.
If you want to fix it by yourself - got to ebay and buy "eta 2824 winding stem".
